Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Final Sale Return Policy below:

1. Final Sale:  All items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Exceptions: Items received damaged or defective constitute an exception to our Final Sale policy. If your earrings arrive broken or break within one week of purchase we will replace them or refund you the price of the earrings. If that is the case, please email me directly at thelittlefernshop0@gmail.com with pictures showing the condition of your package and product. Once your message is received and we have reviewed, we will send you an email to notify when your new pair will be shipped. 

Please Note - Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged due to customer mishandling is not eligible for a return. 

We do our best to provide quality earrings. Polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange for minor imperfections, but we wouldn’t send earrings that weren’t up to our standards. We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed.
